Need to change basic dimensions

I am really new to this so bare with me.

I created a basic 2 sided box, now I want to change the dimensions of this box by entering in the exact sizing that I need it to be.

I can drag the sides to make it  bigger but that I can't tell the exact dimensions that way.

Please help me out.

Either change the dimensions in the sketch and / or edit your extrude feature. Another option would be to edit all your parameters  by opening Modify -> Change Parameters.
