Need someone to simulate this

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to work on a gear and rack system, but the way the gear and the rack are interacting is weird. when I try to move the rack the assembly works very slowly. 

The displacement skips many steps. Can someone check it for me please to see if the problem is a hardware problem or design problem or something is wrong with Fusion 360.
