The red line should be on the green line.
In this case, i make the parametric value bigger. But then, those some parts wouldn't get bigger too even though it has been combined.

It is not possible to parameterize a photo or to correct errors with it.
you have to approve your work.
Often one can avoid this error with complaines on the sketch.
Dependencies on body edges / centers / tangential / parallel / in line - help a lot with parameterizing.
