Need help desighning an o-ring groove

Hey everyone.  I need help with modeling an o-ring groove on a flat surface.

The project is a waterblock for a computer graffics card.  Basically, it's a heatsink, only it uses water to remove the heat, instead of air flow.  I have the fluid passages desighned, i just need to create a groove around it so that i put an o-ring in, and then acrylic will bolt on to seal it up. The o-ring needs to be about 1 millineter from the water jackets, and it only needs to go around the outer most perimeter, not the inner area.   I've attached an .f3d file of the project if anyone would like to take a look at it.  I would really opriciate any help anyone could provide.

Thank you in advance.

All you need is 2 sketches and a sweep.

First sketch is offset from the pocket.

Then create a plane along path,

Create a sketch of the cross section.

Then Sweep.

Files attached, you might need to adjust the corner radii.
