Need help creating simple intersecting holes

Hi All....I have solid box that I am trying to extrude cut a bore on the top face and a bore on one of the sides so that they intersect at 90°. Ine of the bores needs to have a full radius , the other just needs to break into the other one. I am ableto draw the holes, but they are either a flat bottom or a drill point. How do I create a radius? That is problem #1.

Problem #2 will be, once I understand how to create a ball, i will then need to program a lollipop cutter to profile the intersection to deburr the intersecting edge. I assume i will need to break the edge geometry so it doesn't travel all the way around the bore, but only cut from point "a" to point "b"? Any insight on that will help as well. I'll post the CAM part of this question in the relative forum section, but figured i'd ask here at the same time as well.... Thanks in advance for your help

For issue 1: Could you create a flat bottom hole and then add a fillet where the radius is one half the hole diameter?

For issue 2: I'm not sure which strategy/operation you're using but, you may be able to create a sketch and use the Selection option for the Machining Boundary.

I hope that helps!

Thanks,
