Navigation bar

Hi there

I am new to Fusion and have spent some time in Onshape. I am finding it very hard to get my head around the Navigation bar in comparison to Onshape. Is there any god tutorials to help me crack this one. It does seem quite complicated?

Thanks for this. It seems to be a link to keyboard shortcuts. I am looking for help in understanding the structure/rules of the navigation down the left hand side?
