Mysterious arc-like symbol

The arc-like symbol has appears in my design. It is located in the x-z plane directly over the z-axis. The green rectangle is part of my design.

What is it? Can I get rid of it?

That rotation symbol is used in many commands.

If you shut down and the restart Fusion - does it persist?

If you reboot your computer does it persist?

Yes, I was a rotation symbol, but it could not be rotated.
I closed the file and reopened it. The rotator went away.
