I am trying to solve my problem but i cant attatch a picture

As far as etiquette goes.

If you are having trouble solving something that you also believee maynot be in the API where do you post it?
Under API or Problems?

I hope this comes to you all as i have no pictures and when i double click it flips to the build plate but no design come to light ???

I had some of the same problems and had to go into my NVidia control panel and explicitly select my Quadro card over integrated graphics

Does the mouse still change depending on which icon its hovering over even when you can't see?
Thats a dead give a way its covered with a blank mask.

Sorry my friend i have no idea what you mean by .......card as im no pc
expert.
When i hover over the box where the picture use to be it is blank but the
title of the design is shown if that helps.

Your screenshot is from 123D design. This is the Fusion 360 Forum, so help might be a little slower than usual.

#1 - Do you have multiple video cards? Cuz it could be using the wrong GPU

#2 - Has it been long enough for those projects to render a thumbnail image?
#3 - Could it be that you don't have broadband?
