Hi @pedro_babo,

Thank you for posting to the Autodesk Forum.

That is the default library and we can not access this, but you can add a new library for sharing.

and from that library, you can or another user can add the material to the favorites for use.

Please let me know if this works.

Hi Pradip Mistry,

I was aware of that thanks. I was searching for one simple way to set custom Colour Pallet for the entire team.

Has we use it has a way to pass surface finish and GD&T information along the manufacturing

chain.

Could you please confirm that the hypotheses are?

1)Model with set of colour/appearances.

On each user of the team you need to:

Open the model.

Open the manage Materials form.

On the favorites create category named “xpto”

Open the appearance form select each appearance and RMB to add to favorites “XPTO”.

For better arrangement then add it to My appearances to keep the category folders.

2) create a Library file with the categories needed (*.adsklib)and make it available on one of the teams resource projects.

On each user you need to download the file.

Add it to the Material form.

                Create the needed category.

Add all the appearances to the favorites category

For better arrangement then add it to My appearances to keep the category folders.

Is there any other way to do this

See the attached appearance form pic and the Materials Pic. (appearances.png and biblioteca.png)

Regards,

Pedro Babo
