Multiple Motion Links

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to move a project with multiple motion links?

I need to move surfaces with two motion links at the same time. Is that possible?

Thank you in advance.

yes, absolutely it is possible.  You can relate any two joints with a Motion Link, and can have as many Motion Links as you want in your design.  Of course, at some point, the performance will get unacceptable, but I just created a design this week for another thread that has 7 Motion Links in it (attached)

yes, see this screencast of the design I shared here.  The motion is generated just from dragging one of the panels - all Motion Links are active at the same time.

Come fai a non farli bloccare? Sto lavorando ad un file con molti giunti di rivoluzione collegati nel movimento ma ad un certo punto il programma rende la struttura rigida bloccando i movimenti.

Double check alignment of the jointed parts.

Change one Revolute to Cylindrical, if it works, you have alignment error.

Might help….
