Multiple Fillets in Sketch

If I create a rectangle, is there any way to fillet each corner at once?

Doing them one at a time is quite annoying (and slow) particularly since F360 does not remember the last radius you used.

Fillets in sketches are tedious.

It is somewhat easier to add fillets in features instead of in sketches.

I think it would be useful to have an option to easily select the relevant edges, as in Solidworks, and I look forward to such a feature in the future.

Mostly fillets don't belong in sketches if they can be created using solid or surface features.

It reduces the time used sketching.

It creates simpler computationally faster and less buggy sketches.

It creates computationally faster 3D models.

I don't understand this part of your problem statement.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

yes, as stated here, Fillets can be more efficient to apply in solid mode.  However, to answer the specific question, you can create multiple sketch fillets at once, and the radii of all will be parametrically tied together.  Just click on multiple vertices before you hit OK, and all of those selected in the same command invocation will be linked and have the same radius:
