Moving child component in instances

Hi! Here are in my simplified scene attached two components. The components are not independent, so they are instances. My question is how to move some child component in the instance so this moved component took the same place in another component? For example, when I moved the "child-2" component in the "parent-2" it didn't make changes in the "parent-1" (child-2 position hasn't been changed here). Is there only a solution to use joints? Thanks!

You need to use assembly joints in the original component to locate your components in t=relation to each other.

then, when you create an instance the joints are copied as well.

if you designed the components in place, then a simple rigid group joint will be ok.
