Moving an object from one document to another?

For Autodesk Fusion 360, if I downloaded an object that is one part of my project, how do I move that into the project that I have been working on even though they are both different files?

Both of these objects shoud be listed in the data panel in Fusion 360.

to insert the one into the other, you first thave to open the other.

Then, in the data panel you right-click on the one you want to insert and select "insert in to current desingn" from the menu.

You might first have to left-click on the desing in the data panle to slect it (I don't remember, I am not at my Fusion 360 station at the moment 😉
