Moving a hand

I'm trying to position an imported mesh to use as a reference for designing a mouse. I'm have a good deal of trouble however moving it into position. The component moves easily in it's original file but now after inserting it and breaking the link, it's a nuisance.

Hi,

In your video you begin the workflow to move the manipulator, but never complete it. 

Click the green check box to accept the new pivot position of the manipulator.
