how do you dock the tools bars out of the way?

Hi rst737:  To answer the question in your subject, "Move tool, how to select mid point of the circle(after jan update)", move a circle by clicking and holding and dragging the center point.  If the center point is constrained, you may first have to delete the constraint to free the circle up to move.  Alternatively, you can use the move command.  In the move command, click "Set Pivot" to select the center of your circle as your pivot point.  Click the green checkbox to lock in the pivot.  Here is a video to show the process:

Hi rst737:  To answer "how do you dock the tools bars out of the way?".  In Fusion 360, you can hide the various toolbars.  You can also dock them by moving them around the screen.  When you reach a docking area, you will get a green line indicator.  Here is a video showing how this works (using a Mac):
