Move Sketch - 122 items

I'm at a loss and the only thing I can think of, is that I have a constraint keeping from moving a sketch off my 0,0,0.

The attached image show a sketch I created.  In the past, I could select all the items that make up the sketch, and move them all to another location.  For this sketch, I cannot.  As mentioned, maybe this has to do with a constraint?  

All I want to do is move this sketch 3.54 units up. I'm confused because I would assume this would be straightforward but apparently it's not.

Any ideas what I'm missing?

It looks like at some point you had a centre point rectangle and selected the sketch origin as the anchor point. This will create a coincident constraint, hover the mouse pointer over the origin and you should see 3 or maybe more coincident constraint icons, move the mouse pointer over the icons and the geometry the constraint is applied to will highlight. One should highlight the origin point like the image below, just select and delete and move should work. If you still can't move the sketch can you export the model as a f3d file and attach,
