Move multiple components together

Dear Community

I am Trying to move 3 Components in one Feature.

How can I select them? For Pattern this works as expected, if I try to move them, it only leaves one of many selected in the selection.

Thank you for hints, I must be missing something

Using the move command to position and orient  components is not usually the recommended workflow in Fusion 360.

That is what the assembly joints are for.

If you can post your model or an example I can provide a more detailed explanation.

Thanks, I use parametric move a lot in construction with bodies, so I tought it can be applied to components as well. Normally it works, it is just the selection that is somehow messed up.

Hi,

Can you demonstrate such actions incl. change of variables on an example?

You are right, Move, even with the "create copy" option checked creates a "dead" feature.
I will have to keep using pattern.

Do you know how I can remove the components / bodies with the remove command so they don't clog my model?

Thanks
