How do I create a tap or thread chaser with specific pitch and thread profile?

Hi everyone.

I'm pretty new to Fusion 360 and would like to try out designing a thread chaser or blind tap like this photo.  But I would need to make the OD of the tap 31mm, the pitch 0,5  and the thread profile 60 degrees.  When I've seen a tutorial for the bolt making features, I didn't see where I would put the "pitch" or the thread profile.

Well, since 31mm is not a standard metric thread size (not included in Fusion 360), you'll need to make a custom thread.  There have been many threads in the forum on creating custom threads, so it shouldn't be too hard to find one.
