Move folder silently fails in A360

Should it be possible to move folders around in A360?  I was trying to organize my folders but I am unable to move folders in A360.  I get the progress bar that goes across the screen and I don't get either a confirmation or a failure, but nothing happens.  An older post claims to have the same problem but the resolution was an open file.  I have no files open, it does the same thing even if I am no running Fusion 360 at the time of doing it.

Is this a bug, or is it just not allowed?

Hi Tom,

Thanks for posting your question to the forum. Can you tell us what browser you are using? Also can you try signing out of the browser, then clear the cache and cookies. Close all open browsers and then try again.

Thanks for trying this and please let us know how this goes.

Not sure what browser I was using when tired the first time.  Probably Safari, but perhaps Chrome.  I use Safari, Chrome and Firefox at different times.

I cleared my cache and cookies in both Chrome and Firefox (on a Mac) and was able to move the files.  But, I am unable to move folders.  I was able to create new folders with the same name in my desired destination directory and then move the individual files.  Not sure if I should be able to move the folders, it seems to indicate that I can but it just doesn't happen.  Anyway, with the folder workaround I have things moved where I want them so thanks for the help!
