More help needed I'm lost.

Trying to make a simple turned o-ring sealed end cap dome.

I can't get the sketch to resolve.

IE it works right this isntant, but if you change any dimension it just blows up.

Almost everything shows as unconstrained.....

Not sure what I'm missing...

What constratings would be needed for all the sketch lines to show constrained?

If you achieve that try changing the overall diameter (ie hieght of the whole profile) from 2 to 3 in and see if the sketch blows up.

A specific question...

I have to lines that seem to share a coincident end point, yet when I change things they seem to break.

how EXACTLY do you set two lines to have a conincident end point.

I try selecting both lines and then the conincident constraint and nothing seems to happen?

Arghhhh this is frustrating.....

I tried to fix your file but there seems to be a problem in the sketch for some reason nothing shows as a closed profile not even a circle.

I cleaned up your sketch and removed lots of double line you had in this area, also remove a lot of dimensions and replaced with symmetry constraints.

Another problem you had were the lines you were using here were only fixed to the 2" line at one end so when you changed sizes they could rotate, I added vertical constrains.

To get it to work I had to copy the sketch to another file, see temp-V1.f3d.

I've also attached the broken file, perhaps someone from support would like to take a look.

I like the color scheme in your screen captures much better than what I have.

One of the problems I have is that on a 4K monitother just is not enough contrast between whats selected and what is not etc...

What color scheme are you using?  Is there a way to set colors for individual components, like sketch lines, dimensions etc...

The ability to see whats there and to select individual pieces to do things like clean up multiple lines

is really poor....

How do you tell you have multiple lines?

If you left click and hold it over a line a box will pop up giving you a list if there are multiple lines on top of each other.

I only found some of the lines when I resized the profile and they were left behind, these lines where only fixed at one end so one end moved with the profile. Then as Phil mentioned left click and hold brings up this menu, holding the pointer over one of the selections in the menu highlights the curve associated with that item.

I think 80% of my frustration is the 4K monitor.

The constraint icons are too small to see.

The lines appear or disapear depending on the exact zoom position....

On your screen captures you can actually see the dimension and sketch lines.... 
On the 4K screen they are invisible and there is no way to know if they are selected other than remember if you selected it as

the color change is way too subtle to see on the monitor.

I hope they fix this soon...
