Modifing an object in sketch

Hello new to the forum
Not new to cad . When I draw let's say a circle or line in sketch I can't seem to modify the dimension with out deleting it and redrawing it. I've clicked on all entities that are click able and can't modify it. Am I missing something . For example if I draw a circle let's say 1 inch and decide I want to make it 2 inches is there someway to enter a properties menu or a way to modify it.the only thing I see is a bubble with the dimension pop up but no way to modify it. Thanks in advance for your help

I am not sure what this means.  Can you post a screen capture of what you see?

You should be able to double click the dimension to edit.

In Fusion the dimension Drives the geometry.

This might help. Oh and are you in sketch edit mode when you try to modify the sketch also you need to be in the sketch containing the entities you're trying to modify.

If you're talking about this, you need to double click the dimension.

The bubble is just feedback on the dimension parameter, "d9" is the parameter name assigned to the dimension.

hi @Anonymous, what @TheCADWhisperer says is correct - if you want precisely edit a circle, dimension is the way to go.  You can drag a circle to a different size, but to set it to an exact size, you need to use a dimension, either by typing a diameter when you create the circle, or using the Dimension command..  There is no "properties" pane for sketch geometry.  Here is a screencast showing how to do this:
