MODELLING RUBBER IN A JOINT

Hello, I have a model of a trailer suspension unit, which consist of a box section profile.

Inside of which are 4 rubber pieces and a square solid bar.

When I set my joint and joint limits for the outer box to rotate round the inner bar.

The rubber sections cannot be included.  And as such the protrude through the walls of the model when the unit turns.

Is there anyway to model the deflection of the rubber, or create a rule so that it does not show through the walls of my our box section?

Thanks

no. unfortunately, there is no way to model deformable parts within the Design environment (where joints and joint limits are defined).  There are probably ways to simulate deformation in the Simulate environment, but not in Design
