modelling problem

i have a 3d rectangular box from which i have extruded a number of tubes which needed the rectangle for positioning i no longer need the rectangular box but do not seem to be able to remove it i am very new to this so any help would be greatly appreciated thanks tim

It's usually a bad idea in Fusion 360 to delete objects which were used to position or create other objects. You can use the Remove command which will remove it from the Browser, but not from the database.  When I have a body that is no longer needed, I turn its visibility off and rename it with an "x" prefix.
