How to slice a model using a non planar surface as cut tool?

Se supplemented model where I wish to slice the nose from the face into a separate body.

You can use a Surface Body, that matches the shape of the head, to Split the Nose off into a separate body.  Model attached.

Ok, thanks :-). I tried to sketch a half circle, rotated it to a surface sphere and did the same as you with no success!?
