Missing options spacing and faces in forms extrude tool

Hi! I'm trying to extrude a 3-point arc in form but I'm missing the spacing and faces options.

This is how it should look:

Does anyone know how i get these options?

Hi, thanks for answering. All though I don’t quite understand. Your example shows how I want it to look, but it doesn’t for me. I have tried the tool many times but still missing spacing and faces option..

Hi,

I have observed that (sometimes) the distance arrow has to be set first for the menu to appear completely.
If everything does not help I would do a CLEAN UNINSTALL.

Ok, unfortunately setting distance first doesn't make a difference. Do you perhaps know if it could have anything to do with that i'm on a trial period for fusion 360?

@Anonymous  - when you say "I'm trying to extrude a 3-point arc", do you mean an actual 3-point arc:

or, are you, by any chance, using a "degree 3 control vertex spline"?

The reason I ask is that the TSpline Extrude command will not show this UI if it can exactly fit to the selected curve.  It turns out that degree 3 CV curves have this property - they can be precisely matched by TSplines.  So, here is what I see with a 3 point circular arc:

because a circular arc does require some approximation.  However, if I have a degree 3 CV curve, that UI is not shown, which means that the curve is being matched exactly:
