I opend a file today and two body's are missing. You can see in the image thumbnail (gears) shows two walls on either end of this design, but opening the file the two walls are missing. Where did they go? I've close the file and opened again and they are still gone.
It's hard to say without looking at your model myself. I do notice from your screen shot that there is at least one warning in your timeline (the yellow extrude feature). If there are other failures in your model, it could explain things. What happens when you do a "Compute All" command?
