Mirror/Flip

I am looking to create a left hand version of the attached.  I have played around with mirror and also tried some other things and after 2 hours I realize that I don't know what I am doing.  Any advice is appreciated.

In the video I show clicking or double clicking on my Forum handle, that is how you see all my posts and videos.
