Mirror feature across 2 planes.

Ok this might be an easy solve, but I can't seem to figure it out. I need this same swept cut on the other side of the ellipse, but sweeping the opposite way. Essentially I need to mirror it across the 2 planes (horizontally and linearly). Any Advice?

Figured it out. Used the Circular Pattern function, lowered the instances down to two, and revolved around the y-axis.
