Migrating from Rhino to F360: Flow along surface

I have been modelling in Rhino for years and recently started using F360 for some new projects that benefit from the parametric modelling it provides.
I would like to move all of my modelling over to F360 if possible, however, I haven't found a replacement for the most critical tool I use in Rhino: Flow along surface (FlowAlongSrf). I use it primarily to flow complex patterns over curved cylinders. During my searches the best solution I've seen proposed is project to surface. While that can be useful, it's a bit too primitive for my needs.
I've attached an example of a recent project I completed in Rhino (in this example I constructed the pattern on a flat plane, extruded it, and then flowed the extrusion along the surface of the cylinder). Can anyone recommend a way to do this in F360?
Thanks
