Thank you for providing the screenshot. The error labels indicate the pre-mesh estimator has detected the number of elements requested will exceed the overall 4.5 million element count limit (or a 6 million element count limit if the Simulation Model contains only one solid body) .
Some possible workarounds:
- Reduce the number of elements / mesh density specified in the Mesh Settings.
- e.g. Increase the Average Element Size %
- Reduce the model complexity by de-featuring in the Simulation Simplify workspace.
- I suspect there are small rounds (i.e. convex fillets) that can be automatically detected and removed using the Remove Features tool:
- Take advantage of the symmetry technique, and cut away 1/2 or 3/4 of the model to reduce the problem size accordingly.
- Care must be taken to ensure the load case(s) can qualify as, and modified to act 'symmetric'.
