Mesh lines in a drawing

Hello.
Is it possible to display a mesh without the lines in a drawing? I want it to look like the second picture, but what I get is the first picture.
The lines in the second picture disappeared for a couple of seconds while I was switching between the different styles, but they always reappeared. The second picture is just a quick print screen while the lines were gone.

Depending on the mesh, you may see different results. Take a look at the video in this post 

Here you can see that a normal BREP model saved into different mesh formats, then bought back into Fusion, will give slightly different results, particularly sketchup format.
