Measuring loop length

Hello

I'd like to measure the total length of the inside of the attached body. The inside d=300mm but I need to find the total length of the edge including the rectangular protrusions.

Tried the measure tool but that's only giving me distance of two points

The method I show in the Screencast will work with any path so long as it is joined and can be selected as one selection.  Your washer seems to have radius edges on all the inside edges so it will work fine.

Hello jhackney1972

Thanks for the extremely quick reply, yes I do have inside curved corners ...

Somehow I selected the inside face which which seems to have given me the area measurement as well as the loop length. I accidentally I stumbled across that while trying to select all the edges 😁

Definitely I'll keep your suggestion for the future. Again thank you very much

Followed your answer which is something I would not have thought of. .

To be sure I understand "loop length" - it is the distance sum of all the 6  inner radius segments, then 6 of the larger radius segments, and finally the 6 rise and fall segments of the "tab" looking cogs (if cogs were gears guess it would be the root and tooth top segments)...
