If I was looking for the measurement given by fusion I would not have clicked on a face.

Yep, it doesn't return the dimension alignment one would expect. If you click on the two contours you will get a good value:

the measurement tool in your last pick is returning the value I would expect, ie - the smallest distance in space between 2 edges. there's nothing in the selection set to indicate a direction for the measurement. To get the measurement you're looking for select the planner faces-
If you select 2 concentric edges Fusion will give you the distance between centres as well as the distance between the curves. What Fusion does not do is treat a planar surface as an infinite plane so you can measure between the flat surface and another object. If you create an offset plane on the bottom surface it would work but that's not how Fusion treats a face, at times it might be useful to have the option though!

So I take it there no way to use the measure tool to measure what size radius the below geometry highlighted in blue is?
The method shown by @g-andresen will only work with 90° fillets, OK for this example.
You could just right click the fillet (in the browser or just on the model) and select edit feature.
If you are working with an imported part, you'd need to run Find Features first. This is what I've done here after copying the body to a new design.

Not with the measure tool. If it's aligned with the document axis you could select the body, right click, select properties then check the bounding box.
@Phil.E This and measuring to the bottom of a drill hole seem to be lacking when it comes to the measure tool.
This for example only gives a minimum distance. Same would apply with a spherical end to the hole.

For the fillet question earlier in this thread, I'm confused why measuring doesn't work for radius. Did I read that wrong?
Then it's not an arc, I would guess.
The fillet is a compound curve. Perhaps that is the reason it doesn't show the radius.

@Phil.E Are you using the insider version? Here's a simple example I've made, you can see in the timeline the fillet feature is selected and it's definitely a fillet but all I get is an area!
