Measure eDrawing files??

Is there a way to measure eDrawing files in Fusion360?  The eDrawing viewer I have doesn't and I would like to measure a feature in an EASM file.

Some eDrawings files have measure disabled. If thats the case, you're most likely out of luck. 

That said, sometimes you can save STL's out, in which case you'll have better luck (although units and tessellation becomes an issue). 

Any other ways you can get a hold of this file?

Thanks for the reply Aaron.  Now I know why I can measure some files in eDrawing and some I can't.  I possibly can get the assembly file but may cause my customer to raise there eyebrows and get worried I am doing something else with their design.

It could just be an education thing. The "disable measure" toggle might just be on by default, and you can suggest they check it out.
