Saw this on a recent Training video but it does not show up with in the Fusion 360 Insert drop down.

Has this ability to directly import many of the McMaster-Carr components been discontinued?

It looks to be working on my installation.  I can't say why it wouldn't show up on yours.

Is it possible you could have accidentally removed it from the toolbar?

Can you right click on the toolbar and reset the customizations to bring it back?

It's possible it was deleted but it would have been unintentional and I don't really see where that can be done, I'll try resetting the menu's and see what that does for it.

Thanks

Resetting was worth a shot but no cigar, perhaps it will re-appear next update, don't particularly need it right this minute, it's a great feature.

Thanks again.

Found the issue, was working off line, once re-set to working back on line it was available, strange that "Parts4Cad" was available off line, must link to it differently.

AH! I didn't think of that, but it makes complete sense!

It is a little odd that Parts4Cad would show when McMasterCarr wouldn't.  It stands to reason that it would disappear when offline too.

I have the same problem and resetting the toolbar doesn't bring it back.

If you are working offline which you likely are right now being the cloud is undergoing maintenance it will not show till you are back to working online.

It might be that it doesn't work when you are outside the US. I realized when I used a Canadian VPN it didn't work and when I had it off it did. I might be wrong, just an observation I had

This issue is not  resolved for me.  I have the same problem, working online.  So does it only work if you are in the USA, or is there another problem?  Is this function missing from the home-use licence?
