Mating a ball to a conical surface

I am trying to mate a ball into a drill point ball needs to be tangent to drill surface. The assembly is a ball pressed into a blind drilled hole. I need to show the ball bottomed out in the drilled hole. How would I do this? I have tried everything I can think of and cant get the ball to be tangent to the surface.

Thanks

Dave

The only way to do this is with a contact set. First setup a cylindrical joint and set the limits like this, then make a contact set with your parts. You will need to move the ball up then it will snap back to a point where it toucheds the surface. I've attached an example file.
