Making sculpt conform to points in 3D

Hello everyone, hope you can help me out. I'm working on drawing my own car. Instead of copying it from 2D drawings, I have hundreds of 3D alignment points from the car so that the exact shape and form of the original design can be inserted. Tried it first in Solidworks but it didn't work out for the curvy complex shaped parts like the fenders. Now the sculpt mode in F360 works smoother than SW, but I can't find a way to 'attach' the sculpt shape to the 3D alignment points. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks, Rutger

How are you manifesting these 3D points in the Sculpt workspace?   Independent of that question, Modify > Pull may be used to draw Sculpt Points to Faces, Edges, or- wait for it -Points.   Several of the Modify tools- such as Subdivide and Edit -allow for occasionally successful automatic conforming to target Bodies- so no joy for Points alone.

Thanks for you reply. The 3D points were already created in the model section, very time consuming. It seems that F360 is not going to work for what I want to do.

I do have the car already modeled up for a about 80% in a SW document, would it be possible to use it as a basis to sculpt an F360 part over it (and then delete the SW body)?

I know my way around solid parts but this sculpting is difficult to me Man Embarassed
