Making Proxy Settings Persistent for All Users

Hi,

We are using Fusion 360, the latest version at the time of this post in an authenticated proxy environment (Australian NSW high school). We have no control over the proxy itself, just our local computers.

In order to allow users to save their work to the cloud, they have to go to Preferences > Network and change the proxy settings. Unfortunately these changes only affect the user who made them on a single machine. Is there any way to make these changes persistent for all users of that machine? Are they stored in a registry key or configuration file somewhere.

This is the last hurdle in making Fusion work here, any help would be very appreciated

Hi Paul,

Any changes to the Fusion's Proxy settings on a machine should be effective for ALL the users on that particular machine. Are you not seeing that?

These settings are however, not synced to the Cloud, and hence, would have to be changed again when the user logs in from a different machine. This is as designed.
