MAKE HOLES IN FACE OF SPUR GEAR

With the help of Jeff Strater I was able to create a large spur gear to be 3d printed. I used the spur gear add-in. When I try to create a circle to extrude all the way through the gear, or create a hole I get error message "circular dependency found from sketch 1 to c-pattern 1".  How can I make holes in the face of this gear?

@swrightlast - can you please post your design here?  You should never see that cyclic dependency error.  Here is a screencast showing the basic idea of a hole in a spur gear:

I have 2 attachments.  One is the gear I created.  The other shows where I need to place holes through the gear.  Hope this clarifies.

@Anonymous - I think you forgot to add the attachments...  It might be necessary to zip them up into a zip file - some kinds of attachments are not allowed by the forum.  Though F3D should be OK.

Thanks for all your help.  I stumbled my way through it and now have my gear, complete with holes (all in the right places and sized correctly).
