Any idea how to edit a STL file ?

I’m trying to edit the Statue of Liberty STL and edit her face and put a kangaroo face on it with the ears. Any idea or options about how to finish this project?.

Jip, don't use Fusion 360. Use Meshmixer, Blender...

mesh mixer is the perfect tool for this.  It is actually what it was originally intended for, mixing meshes.   If you have a stl of the statue of liberty, and a stl of a kangaroo, you are most of the way there.
