A quick check until one of the Fusion experts gets to reply.

Can you open up your hub in your web browser and check if you see your projects?

No~ i can't see any new projects i created~ and after i notice this problem, i did a test ~ i created any new design, it looks have been saved on my Mac fusion's interface~ but didn't save anything~ Not the internet problem i tried VPN. and now i just want to finished my idea to 3D printed out. so i decide to leave the software open, not quite the fusion~
But hope it will not crash again , or i will lose all works....without any recovery~

it is interesting that projects before this software version are all fine~ i hope i can downgrade the version to have a normal design and play with fusion 360.. what a nice tool to play..and try kinds of ideas with 3d printer.

a quick suggestion (because this happened to me, too).  Can you see if you have projects in your Projects dropdown?  After an update, Fusion can default to a different project (Autodesk 360 Experience):

hope this helps!

I am getting one of our experts to look into this, but in the mean time, could you please make sure that you are logging in with the same account information that you were creating your projects with originally?  I only mention this because I have seen this happen to others in the past, myself included!

Also, are you on a Mac or PC?

Thanks,

James

Quick idea:

Try going to offline mode and see if the file is there. It's possble the file hasn't synched yet wtih A360. I've had files that I thought were lost but they were just local. Try that. If it's still missing let's escolate.  Sorry for all the hassle.  That's frustrating.

Very Best,

Mike

thank you so much~ yep i am sure i was in the same account~ because i can find the older projects i uploaded before the newest fusion version~ while i was saving the design~ i can see the saving processing on the left data panel ~ and it will shows saving done~ after this ~ if i close this design, double click the design i just saved, it will say "null is available" or something like this~
wow~~ i am so happy i find the offline work mode ~~ and i find lots of offline models i lost~!

Hello,

As you know Fusion can use more hubs, one user can invite another user so first user can have 2 / more hubs. Please send me image showing your hubs:

1. Launch web browser and go to the page https://myhub.autodesk360.com and click on your icon in right top corner - image explaining attached. Make similar screen shot and send it me please
2. Generate log file -  image explaining attached. Send it me as well. It is zip file

Thank you

I'm so glad that's the fix.  I'm very happy you've got your data. Yeah, get yourself to a place with reliable internet access and you'll synch up just fine.  For peace of mind I also recommend you open your critical files and export .f3d archive files to your hard drive.  I have every reason to believe you'll sync up just fine but still it never hurts to have a backup! I maintain an archive folder of all my favorite designs as contingency.

As for deleting in offline mode: at this time we don't support that action. A lot of the reason for that is to make sure when it syncs with A360 everything will be consistent and you won't get unresolved references. I recommend cleaning up from within the A360 brouser once everything gets settled.  There are options to multi select and delete the obvious unwanted files to save you some time.

Quick request, assuming the prior answer was correct about goign into offline mode go ahead and "accept as solution" and the solution will show up as recommended for others.

Happy Designing!

Very Best,
Mike

Hi,

I've taken a look at some of the server side log files and it appears there are continuing issues with your projects.

Specifically, it appears you have changed the e-mail address attached to your Oxygen account and this is causing our servers to have challenges with your data uploads (they aren't certain who you are).

To get data uploads working correctly again, would it be possible to put your old e-mail address back onto the Oxygen account ?

If this isn't possible, there are some other workarounds we could pursue, please contact me via Private Message or at matt.pooley@autodesk.com for more information.

Regards,

The files only stay in your offline cache for as long as you have specified in the preferences.

This issue is reported internally as UP-16776.

Hi guys,

after the update I went to Fusion to export a file I was going to send to a friend and its gone...
It's all gone both on my computer and my hub in the internet browswer.

The trick with going offline changed nothing.
I'm quite terrified, especially I'm sure I have added some files to offline cashe and they seem to be gone aswell. Just as if I had just set up a new account.

I didn't change my email or anything, please help.

The images you post show the account was created on January 11, 2018. Did you perhaps create a new account at that time?

This will be escalated to support. They can check your account history.

Thanks,

Hi Phil,

no i didn't.  I only had one account ever since I got Fusion. So January would look just right.
In fact i didn't use Fusion for a month or two and the update happened in the meanwhile.
Thank you for attending the problem.
