losing parametric ability by change of parameter

attached is a design of a box. box has dovetails. at this point if I change any parameter the  back right side feature is lost . for clarity the longer body is the back.

I did change side body or first body to component after i designed it having forgot rule 1.

I hope I understand what your problem.  Check out the attached assembly to see if your problem is taken care of.  If so, note I changed the Mirror from Adjust to Optimized.
