Looking for a trainer

hi

complete novice, tried using F360 and haven't been able to make more then wonky cubes...

i need someone willing to sit with me and teach me 1 on 1 how to use this.

i got about a dozen projects i wanna work on, but tinkercad (while friendly) is too limiting. i need more control.

i dont have a huge amount of expirance but im hoping with someone to bounce questions off and show me where the tools are (and what one will do what my head wants it to do) i should pick it up pretty fast.

my timezone is GMT+10, Australia... i can do weekdays trough the day or at night, meaning i can work with any timezone, but good English is needed, im a little hard of hearing and heavy accents give me a lot of trouble.

i mean no insult, but its sadly true...  sorry if i upset someone 😞

thanks for ya time.

Hello @Anonymous ,

There are many tutorials for fusion360. Fusion is easy to learn .  If you are stuck somewhere in designing , you can ask questions here . You will get your answers .

hi there

thanks for your fast reply.

unfortunately tutorials and manuals are little help to me, my head just doesn't work that way >.<

i can stare at an A4 page all day and wont be able to understand what its on about.

i need a human to be able to translate and interpret, to bounce ideas off and work with.

hence i was putting out the call for anyone who does 1:1 training, teaching and live help kinda stuff...

Well I dont know about trainer . But When I was a beginner in designing , It was tough for me  , so I use to watch tutorials and start designing side by side . Means I started with small models and tutorials . And I used to watch a tutorial again and again untill I get it done on my PC. After doing practise again and again I Learned It , And I am able to work with big assemblies . Learning takes time , Just keep Practising 🙂

Probably best to use private messages rather than put your email on here for the bots.

@Anonymous

great you found a buddy locally - I am in the USA and now also have a time killer called NEW BORN ...

If there is still need I can also help via recorded short tutorials based on questions you had.

One very big tip: when you are new to 3D modeling etc do very basic projects and learn the gramma of modeling first then having a final design as a goal

I have around 10 years of teaching experience in digital design tools and speak out of experience.

Oh and welcome to Fusion - a pretty awesome CAD app !!! 😉
