Lofting once again- issue with guide rails

I'm working on modeling a vessel hull and ran into some problems lofting the stern section. Using 2 curved splines, I've linked the mid-hull section the end of the ship. However, when creating a loft between them, BOTH rails show up as "not smooth." I already set tangential and coincidental constraints on the curves though, and did my best to ensure that the rails had been entirely tangent continuous. Could someone kindly tell me what is causing the issue?

Sketch labelled Rail B, has 2 splines, not quite overlapping, and 2 straight lines all intersecting close to the same end point, will annoy Fusion.

I can't find a reason for the Sketch 17 failure. (Imported geometry?)
