lofting 3 curves issue with rails

Trying to loft between 3 curves/cut faces, have tried surface and solid, same issue. File attached. Thanks in advance.

Using Loft would be 2 profiles and a Rail, but it self intersects.

so 20 at once can be done with the Sphere.

Take a look a the method I used in the attached Screencast.  At the end, I Removed the extra bodies one at a time but you can do them all at once if you desire.  Model is attached.

Edit: If you want to, you can Combine the Plug and your three half spheres is you desire.  Make sure you turn off Keep Tools in the Combine dialog.
