Lofted surface doesn't combine

How do I join two parts? Whatever I do comes with geometry problems.

When I loft it doesn't combine with the mainbody. Sometimes stiching surfaces does not bring a solid surface as well. A simple process turned into waste of time. Any other methods anyone can suggest?

Check Sketch3 in the marked place (red circle), the lines in the sketch and the corner of the solid body doesn't line up.
This forces Loft1 to create a "bad" surface in that corner, I think that is the root to your problem.

If stiching works, combine doesn't work.
If combining works, stiching doesn't work.

If both works, fillet/chamfer does not work. 🤒

The problems you are experiencing is Fusion trying to solve all the little geometric glitches all your move command has created.
Fusion is not the best software to hack-and-stack a model in.

But I found a way around your problem with boundary fill, but if you are going to do a lot more editing on this model I would recommend looking in more on how to work in Fusion to get the most out of the software.

Thank you. I was looking for that way around solution!
I will look deep into boundry fill.

I really don't understand the problem. Okay, I'm coming from Maya to Fusion 360 but I don't think F360 trying to fix glitches rather it creates more geometric problems. What is the problem with move command? All geometry seems aligned the lines/edges/vertex etc. But I think I understand what you mean about "not best software to hack-and-stack a model"
