Facing an issue with the loft self intersection, when I want to use the rails for the wing fairings for my RC plane. Can anyone suggest any solution for this please. I dont know where the loft is intersecting, and I can't find where. When I use one rail it works, but it is messing up the other side and it is a must that I have to use the rail on the other side too. But when I try to use the rail on the other side this "self intersection" error pops up.
Could anyone please help. please
Kindly consider.

please share your model.  It is hard to tell what the problem might be from just images.

Hi @vishnudattapulapaka,

I have downloaded the f3d file and sent it to Jeff. In the meantime, I have deleted the file from your reply.

Many thanks!

Thanks, @vishnudattapulapaka for sharing the design, and thanks @johnsonshiue for sending it on to me.  I cannot immediately see anything wrong with the profiles or rails (maybe too many points in the profile splines, but that should not be related to this problem.  That trailing edge rail does have a lot of curvature, so I suspect it is confusing the loft math in some way.  I will send this to the modeling team to take a look at.  It may be a few days till you get a response, though...
