You will need to attach your Fusion 360 model. If you do not know how to attach your model, open it in Fusion360, select the File menu and then choose Export and save the .F3D file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a reply forum post to attach it.

No blue shaded profiles for a solid Loft
No orange icons for surface Loft.

I assume you want a "hollow loft" here. The Fusion modeling kernel does not support hollow loft (I know, I know, it doesn't seem reasonable, but that is just the inherent limitation of the algorithm). You'll have to do this in two lofts - one for the entire outer boundary, and a cut loft to subtract the inner body.
f3d file attached. I understand from another response that I must loft then cut loft to get a hollow loft. I can not get the standard loft to work. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks for your time.
