Linking Dimensions between projects

I have a design I am working on with multiple parts that I have split up into separate documents. Is it possible to drive the dimensions of one part from another in a different file.

Basically i just need to be able to inherit parameters from one file to another. Is there any way that this can be done?

You can't do this.

What you can do is export parameters from one file and import them into another with this Add-In.

if i change the parameters in one will it change them in the other

No, you'll need to do the export/import each time you change a parameter.  It is less than ideal, but it's better than editing each file manually.
