Linear Diameter Dimensions (Drawing)

Hi. I'm trying to determine the dimension to the linear diameter as shown below. How can I do this? I didn't have such a problem in Inventor. Thank you for your help.

You should be able to snap to the arc center marks for the dimension although probably not in the detail view, there is nothing else to measure to.

1. Use Center Mark for create a center point in the circle.
2. Use Dimension

What if I wanted to have dimensions in the detail view?

In section view I can measure the diameter but I would like to do the same in the detailed view.
The drawing should look like the following.
